Our 8X8 ft walls can fit up to 4-5 people within frame

Our 8X10 ft wide walls can fit up to 6-7 people within frame

Our flower walls do not need to be attached to anything/are free standing

Please note all of our walls are free standing and has a depth of 18 inches
Do you offer custom walls?
At the moment no but coming soon! We are able to semi-customize certain walls to fit your needs. This is done by adding additional colors or décor to one of our pre-existing walls.
Do you deliver out of state?
We do deliver to Southern New Hampshire, Rhode Island and some parts of Maine. Delivery fees will apply.
Delivery Window
Please keep in mind that our arrival is a time delivery window, meaning we may arrive anytime within the stated time frame. We do our best to arrive at the earliest time possible but as we have many deliveries in a day sometimes that is not always possible. Setup generally takes about 30-60 minutes and we will always complete the setup well before the event start time.
How long do I have the flower wall for ?
Your rental includes up to a full day setup.
What is your cancellation policy ?
Your deposit is non-refundable and locks in your rental and date. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event date are non-refundable. In the case of event cancellation due to weather or extenuating circumstances such as COVID, a portion of your total may be refunded at the discretion of Flower Walls Boston.
Bringing your own neon sign?
We ask that you kindly have your sign on site at the time of flower wall installation, so that we can hang it for you. Often times our clients will leave it behind either with day of contact, event coordinator, or other, if they are unavailable.
Neon Sign Dimmers
Please ensure your neon sign can be dimmed ! There might be a switch or a remote. If there is a remote please include batteries in the remote. If not, your sign will turn on to the highest setting and it may be too bright for pictures.
Outdoor staging & layout
Outdoor staging & layout, are weather-permitting. We cannot assemble and stage in the rain. Please have a backup indoor location. If the flower wall, arch will be under a covered tent with sidewalls, this is not an issue. for the flower wall it is best and require placement near a grounded structure (fence, etc.) for tie-down in case of strong winds.
At this time, we cannot offer staging for the following near the ocean, or outdoor staging without a tent for the following items:

Food, Perishable Items & Liability
To help us keep your display looking its best, we kindly ask that no food, or perishable items be placed on the flower wall. If you’d like to include fresh florals, greenery, or other decorative items that may hang on the display, please let us know in advance so we can confirm they’ll work safely with the setup.
Please note that Flower Walls Boston cannot be responsible for any damage, staining, or wear caused by items not approved beforehand.
How much is it?
The price of our flower wall starts at $450 and that's for the duration of your event.
The delivery fee is not included in the service cost. However, for locations within a specific mile radius of Boston, the delivery fee is waived and is included in the service at no extra charge.
Charity Event & Rentals
We are happy to offer discounted rentals and/or gift donation rentals for charity events. This includes any item in most items in our collection, flower wall and custom neon signs.
